    1. We verify all the billing information provided by the customer. Please make sure that you are providing us the correct credit card billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Otherwise we may hold your order and contact you for confirmation.

       
    2. For domestic orders, we DO NOT accept international Visa, and Master Cards.

  • Shipping and Handling Charges:

    Normally the shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost to your purchase before you enter your credit card info. There will be no "Hidden" charges.
    If the shipping fee is not displayed when you place the order, we will contact you to confirm the exact shipping cost before we charge the order.

    4Sale Company offers UPS Next Air (Next Day), UPS 2nd Air (2 days) and UPS Ground Service (5 - 7 business days).
    Shipping is dependent on where you are located and what level of service you select, and the weight of the product you order. We calculate shipping charge based on UPS terminal rate and a low handling & insurance fee.

    UPS Ground service is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states ONLY.
    For HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO customers, we use USPS for Ground Shipping and we will email you to confirm the shipping fee.

    International Shipping:


    We use UPS Worldwide Express to ship for international orders.
    *Important: International customers must read our International Order Policy.
     

    Shipping Terms & Conditions:

    1. All orders placed after 12:00PM PST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process order during weekend; all orders that are placed between 12:00pm PST on Friday and 12:00pm PST on Monday will be treated as Monday's orders.

       
    2. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address or your order could be delayed for verification.

       
    3. Please note that UPS DOES NOT ship to P.O. Box, so do not use P.O. Box as UPS shipping address.

       
    4. For HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO orders, we use USPS for Ground Shipping and we will email you to confirm the shipping and handling fee.
      For PR orders, please choose US United States as country name.

       
    5. Our Free Shipping offer is only valid for UPS Ground (Continental USA). Please make sure to click on the right order button with your desire shipping method or it will delay the arrival of your order.
