If you cannot work with PDF files, we will be glad to fax an order form to you. 75% deposit orders that are not sent complete are often delayed.

Placing an order

• If you have not done so, use the Quotes form, call or email to be contacted with a price quote.

• Helpful tip: Under most cases, the disc replication takes up most of the turnaround time, while printing and packaging takes up less time and can happen concurrently. Therefore, you can certainly let us work on the master first, while the packaging design is still being finalized. This will speed things up especially if you are working under a deadline.

• When you are ready to place the order, let your sales representative know and you will be sent an official invoice.

What to submit

• The signed invoice

• For first time customers, complete Terms and Conditions

• Complete IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) for every order

• Resale certificate if products are for resale

• At least 2 copies of masters

• Artwork can be submitted on a CD, via email or FTP

• Payment via cash, check and credit card. All orders are paid before production starts.
