CD Duplication and DVD Duplication

CD and Insert Printing Templates
(Some Files Require Winzip or Stuffit)

Create your artwork with graphic design software such as Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PageMaker and so on. Refer the templates below. Save your artwork as graphic file; BMP, JPEG, or TIFF. You must give us CMYK images because we print in CMYK format.

Each pixel value of templates is equal to length in inches at 300 DPI.

• Do not add guidelines, borders or crop marks or bleed lines on your graphic!! The solid and dotted lines on the templates are just guides for your artwork.
• Cutting Area is used for adjustments. Trim may be “ANYWHERE” inside Cutting Area.
• Extend entire background graphic to the edges but keep your text out of Cutting Area. Don’t leave Cutting Area blank! You may get white borders around your inserts and tray cards.
• Any text or graphic elements in Cutting Area / No Text Zone may get trimmed.
• Avoid using fonts smaller than 8 points, especially for Disc Face.
• Use a font color that contrasts against the background to make it readable.
• You must give us CMYK images because we print in CMYK format. During the conversion process some colors may change.

  Tips
  TIFF and BMP file format give you the best result. But, the file size would be much bigger than JPEG. You might want to use JPEG files to upload over a slow internet connection. The highest quality JPEG is as good as TIFF or BMP.
